Pumpkin Pie Zucchini Protein Bread
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 Scoops BNB Supplements Pumpkin Pie Protein
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1.5 G Splenda
- 2 Egg Whites
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 Cup Fresh Raw Zucchini
- ½ Tsp Baking Powder
Directions:
- Mix the wet ingredients in a kitchen aid stand up mixer and blend well then take the dry ingredients and slowly add to the wet ingredients using a sifter.
- Bake at 325 – 350. Start looking around 30 minutes.
- Take out when you can put a tooth pick into the center and it comes out clean
- Makes 14 Servings
