Pumpkin Pie Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup blended oats
- 52g BNB Supplements Pumpkin Pie Whey Protein
- 1/2cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2cup egg whites
- Sprinkle on cinnamon while cooking or add in to blender
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in blender.
- Should make 3 big pancakes.
- I cook mine on a low heat(#3 setting) in a pan
- Top with 1/4cup sugar free syrup (depending on brand carbs could vary)
