Cinnamon Roll (or Cake Batter) Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 8 egg whites
- 1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal
- 1/3 cup of Whole Wheat Insta-Bake Mix by Hodgson Mill (you can buy this at any store, Wal-Mart has it.)
- 1 scoop of BNB Supplements Cinnamon Roll Whey Protein (or BNB Supplements Cake Batter Whey Protein)
Directions:
- Mix everything together.
- Spray pan with oil spray.
- Pour mixture in the the pan. I recommend using a pan that has a lid. Cook on medium heat like you would cook a pan cake.
- When it looks like the mixture is getting more solid/more ready to be flipped. Flip it over like a pan cake and lightly toast the other side.
- The mixture will rise giving is a look for a nice hearty thick pancake. The texture is soft on a fluffy side. The taste is lightly sweet.
Eat it plain, it's awesome on its own. But if you want to make it into something extra awesome, while its hot spread peanut butter on top, as the peanut butter melts it will make the pancake more moist and add on to the flavor. I personally like to eat it plain.
It's a very bodybuilder friendly breakfast; you should give it a try.
