Chocolate Microwave Cookie

Ingredients:

  • Packet of Splenda
  • 1 TSP of Baking Powder
  • 20g BNB Smooth Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Milk


Directions:

  • Make Protein Pudding with Yogurt + Whey + Almond Milk + in a small bowl and slowly add in the splenda and baking powder last
  • Put on a small plate with a spoon and spread out to form a small cookie shape
  • Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes as the cookie will slowly harden up. Should be a touch moist and delicious for around a 100 calorie snack
