Blondie Bar Recipe
Dry:
- 1.5 Servings g Complete pancake mix Extra Fluffy (60g)
- 1.5 Scoops BNB Pumpkin Pie Whey
- Dash Baking Powder (3g)
- Dash Splenda (3g)
- 1 Dash Cinnamon (3g)
- Dash Salt (1g)
Wet:
- 1 Egg
- 2 Egg Whites
- 5oz Applesauce (150g)
- Dash Vanilla Extract (1g)
Topping/Filling:
- 1oz Walnuts (25g)
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees.
- Combine all Dry (Splenda, SF/FF Pudding mix, Whey, Pancake Mix, Cocoa Powder, Dash Salt) Set Aside
- Add Egg , Egg Whites, Applesauce and Vanilla Extract and use a hand blender to stir. Fold in Walnuts as your last step
- Use Cooking Spray to coat a 9x9 Pan and then use a spatula to drop the batter in the pan and set in the oven for 20-25 minutes (until completed and toothpick comes out clean)
- Allow to Cool 3-5 minutes, then cut into even squares or serve/eat as is.
