Pumpkin Pie Zucchini Protein Bread

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 Scoops BNB Supplements  Pumpkin Pie Protein
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 G Splenda
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 Cup Fresh Raw Zucchini
  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder

Directions: 

  • Mix the wet ingredients in a kitchen aid stand up mixer and blend well then  take the dry ingredients and slowly add to the wet ingredients using a sifter.
  • Bake at 325 – 350.  Start looking around 30 minutes. 
  • Take out when you can put a tooth pick into the center and it comes out clean
  • Makes 14 Servings
